Methods

We ship from Sweden and your order is dispatched within 3 days on regular working days, Monday to Friday. It can be shipped by the Swedish postal service Posten or by UPS. You will be notified at the time of the dispatch by email.


Please note that our deliveries do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.


UPS

A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. Please register a phone number when ordering which UPS can use to reach you. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Your package can be tracked at www.ups.com.


Posten

Orders with PostNord are free of charge around the world but not trackable. Please order with UPS if you need to receive your order as soon as possible.


Delivery time and costs

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the delivery times under normal conditions. Expect some extra days during sales and holidays. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination outside of EU.


Shipping methods and costs may change without notice.


We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
