Return policy

Our return guarantee gives you 14 days after having received the product to return it for any reason whatsoever. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product cannot be returned if used. Items should be returned unused, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost or the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bow Club. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please drop us an email at and inform us about the return. If you wish to make an exchange, please specify the new item you require. Our address for returns is: Bow Club, Späckhuggaregatan 4A, 414 75 Gothenburg, Sweden. Please attach a note with your name and order number. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. The return-shipping cost is to be paid by you.
